ERG leadership is an opportunity for career development. Learn how to cultivate ERG leaders, support volunteer bandwidth, create leadership pipelines, and position ERG roles as recognized pathways for skill-building and visibility within the organization.
3:00 PM — Theme: Increasing Engagement & Membership

Wednesday — Strategy, Operations & Impact
